Hello fellow NICU mamas. For these [music] Illinois nurses Happy Mother's Day to all the moms on our unit. this Mother's Day feels extra special. Just wanted to wish my fellow NICU co-workers a happy Mother's Day. [music] That's because their neonatal intensive care unit at Advocate Children's Hospital dedicated to caring for the smallest patients is experiencing [music] its own baby boom. 
We kept finding out more and more people are pregnant between the months of like February and [music] June. 
Nurse Nora Kozic remembers the moment she and her colleague found out they were both pregnant. The [music] two people we actually picked to like follow us in [music] the scheduling committee are also now pregnant. 
>> [laughter] >> And now at [music] least 20 nurses are either expecting or have recently had their babies. 
We hope you're looking forward to all the cuddles and hoping [music] for your safe deliveries. 
Leaning on each other for support Happy Mother's Day. [music] You deserve a special day. encouragement We hope you have a safe and happy delivery. [music] and celebrations as they bring new life into the world. 
It is really cool to just have that support, that sisterhood. 
And Nora [music] welcoming son Tommy Just wanted to wish everyone in the NICU happy Mother's Day. just in time for Mother's Day. This is Tommy. 
Oh my gosh, Nora he's perfect. [music] We love him. He's great. Is there something you'd like to say to your fellow either new moms or soon-to-be moms as part of this sort of NICU [music] nurse baby boom? Don't expect it to be easy. I didn't expect it to be easy, but it's just unlike [music] anything I've ever done before, but I have so much more respect for moms everywhere [music] now that I'm in the thick of it.
