Pet owners speak out after dog trainer sentenced in deaths of 11 dogs 85%

Sit and his co-defendant Ting Feng Lu, who was sentenced to 3 years in county jail for being accessory, apologized to the families through an interpreter.
They were convicted by a jury last month.
>> The dogs were staying in an air-conditioned space. And I made sure of that before I went to bed. I checked the air conditioner. It was working all right. But then there was a power outage. I found out only the next day.
>> I'm very sorry that I made a very wrong decision for my ignorance of the law.
>> The dog owners, who all came together after losing their pets in 2025, say they're grateful to prosecutors for seeing the case through.
