All right, tensions are high in the Middle East as the White House insists all options remain on the table for Iran after the US elected not to strike again last night,
but it comes as reports suggest that Iran's new supreme leader is more interested in building a nuclear weapon than his late father.

>> Good morning, guys. For two nights in a row now, the US military has not announced any strikes on Iran. While the New York Times reports that the president has set aside his plans for a massive attack for now, US forces are still busy though in the Middle East enforcing the naval blockade. As of Saturday, they've redirected 12 commercial vessels, disabled two that didn't comply and boarded two to force compliance. Regarding one of those boardings, the military says Sentcom forces disabled Mosmb beek flagged motor tanker Lavine in the Gulf of Oman July 24th after the crew attempted to violate the blockade multiple times and ignored repeated warnings. The ship is no longer transiting to Iran. The White House though was pushing back on the New York Times report that the president has decided not to escalate the conflict.
Communications Director Steven Shung told Fox News Digital, "President Trump has always been consistent in saying he prefers a diplomatic solution, but he continues to retain all options if Iran continues terrorist activities in the straight of Hormuz or against allies."
The New York Times is also reporting Iran's new leader is more open to pursuing a nuclear weapon. and US intelligence agencies believe that Mashabah Hami and the harderline government that emerged after the United States and Israel killed many of Iran's previous leaders have ambitions to develop advanced nuclear weaponry.
Meanwhile, the Houthis are not heeding President Trump's warning to stay out of the conflict. Days after striking to Saudi flagships in the Red Sea, the Iranbacked terrorist shot missiles at Saudi oil facilities yesterday. But reports that Pakistan is pushing for renewed talks between the US and Iran with backing from China pushed global oil prices back down before market close on Friday.
