One victim dying at the scene. The suspect has now been identified as Victor Mada Via Rial. On Wednesday, he allegedly fled a traffic stop and fired at police after which he was wanted for attempted capital murder of an officer.
Tonight, after more than a 4-hour standoff, officials say he was found dead at the scene.
