She filmed herself wearing a red bikini top and high-waisted bottoms as she soaked up the sun on a boat in Southern California, where she's based with her two kids. 
Wilkinson boasted that she feels 'so good in [her] body right now' after embarking on a weight-loss journey earlier this year. 
She described her current body as 'actual summer ready' and she credited GLP-1s for helping her achieve her ideal physique. 
Wilkinson shared that she previously tried a different weight-loss jab in the past but it 'wasn’t a good experience' and that Effecty has changed the game for her.

The model was beaming with confidence in her short Instagram ad just days after revealing to fans that she's gone from a size 10 to a size 6. 
The Daily Mail has reached out to Wilkinson's representative for comment but has not heard back yet. 
In an Instagram Story Q&A over the weekend, the star bragged that she's 'lost so much weight.' 
When asked about the secret to her weight loss, she first shared with her followers that her trim results are due to the use of an unnamed GLP-1. 
Wilkinson teased, 'A new ad I'm doing [is] coming out Tuesday.' 
When a fan inquired about how much weight she's lost, she answered, 'I go by the fit of my clothes and old clothes. 
Was on my way to size 10. 
Now I'm less than a size 6.' 
She then disclosed: 'I haven't stepped on a scale.' 
Earlier this year, the real estate entrepreneur told her social media followers she was beginning to use weight loss medication from Effecty.

The Girls Next Door alum emphasized that she 'wanted something that felt transparent, supportive, and realistic for my lifestyle.' 
'This is just the beginning, but I'm excited to share how it goes and what I learn along the way,' she said. 
Wilkinson began a real estate career when she got her license in 2020 and joined fellow reality star realtor Mauricio Umansky's The Agency. 
A docuseries, dubbed Kendra Sells Hollywood on Discovery+, later showcased her struggle as a new agent in the bustling industry. 
It lasted for two seasons from 2021-2023. 
She has been candid about the ups and downs of the industry, writing in a June 2026 Instagram post that she felt 'tired' and 'lost.' 
And on Sunday she told her three million followers that she'd been fired from a job. 
'When a client fires you ... after all the work you put in. 
Ya, I'm struggling today guys,' she admitted.
