It seems California Gov.
Gavin Newsom has been running for president in 2028 forever now, and it's still two years away.
We're not even close to it yet, and it's not going well for him.
People are already tired of him.
Newsom is already throwing tantrums on X about another likely 2028 candidate, Vice President JD Vance, and Vance's appearance on Joe Rogan's podcast.
Rogan and Vance spoke about how they both loved California, having lived there, but how it's gone to pot.
Joe Rogan and Vice President JD Vance spent nearly 20 minutes talking about California in a recent podcast episode, oscillating between how much they love the state and how much it’s “going further and further down the toilet.”
[....]
The duo spent almost three hours in a wide-ranging conversation largely centered on politics, circling back to California several times, a state where they’ve both lived.
Rogan and Vance each talked about how much they admired the state but how it’s been ruined by politics, homelessness, taxes, corruption and a high cost of living.
Rogan went on about how people were moving out, and Newsom was gaslighting people.
VICE PRESIDENT JD VANCE & JOE ROGAN DISCUSS HOW PEOPLE ARE LEAVING LA, SAN FRANCISCO, & CALIFORNIA
JOE ROGAN: “Places like New York and really California, like especially Los Angeles and San Francisco, they’re falling apart.
And I have a bunch of friends that are stuck there… https://t.co/M11BpszFAg pic.twitter.com/t7Ng0ZekdH

"Politics ruined it," Rogan said.
Vance said we shouldn't let it go, “If you just abandon California, you’ve, like, lost something very core to American culture."
Now, Newsom's response to Rogan should have been, "Hey, Joe, have me on to talk about how I'm working to fix things."
Of course, he can't really say that because he isn't.
Plus, Rogan already has his number, previously calling Newsom a "conman" and a "cardboard cutout of a person."
But Newsom really went over the slide, instead, with an unhinged post.
Joe Rogan is too chicken to have me on — so he and JD Vance spent three hours in their California Derangement Syndrome safe space.
How cute!

"Joe Rogan is too chicken to have me on," he ranted.
"So he and JD Vance spent three hours in their California Derangement Syndrome safe space.
How cute!"
How childish and jealous.
Does anyone really think Joe Rogan is afraid of Gov.
Hair Gel?
Does Newsom expect people to buy that?
Of course, the bigger problem is that Newsom terms the disturbing reality about the problems of California that they laid out as "California Derangement Syndrome."
It's no surprise the problems aren't adequately addressed when leadership refuses to acknowledge the problems are real or how their Democratic policies may have contributed to the issues.
Plus, given what we've seen of Newsom, Rogan's format of such a long interview would expose all Newsom's flaws, and Rogan would rightly grill Newsom over his failures.

Newsom's juvenile post understandably earned a lot of reaction.
He’s busy calling Joe Rogan a chicken right now.
He doesn’t have time for fires https://t.co/iYdKp6Dhae

Insulting Joe Rogan is probably the dumbest possible thing someone who wants to be President could do... https://t.co/LN6VA3RcJc
