Every Walk with a Doc begins with insights from a healthcare professional on the month’s topic, followed by a leisurely walk through the park and continued conversation with a medical professional.
Participants move at their own pace and choose their own distance, making it an easy way for people of all ages and fitness levels to build healthier habits in a welcoming environment.
