St. Louis sets youth curfew in the Grove during Pride this weekend ^7.9%

Youth will not be welcome after hours in a popular LGBTQ nightlife spot during St. Louis Pride this weekend. Mayor Cara Spencer set a curfew for juveniles during the Pride festivities in the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood, which includes the Grove, late last week.
