It happened at the Nippon Dinoway facility in Long View. 
At least 10 people were taken to the hospital, some with critical injuries. 
The facility produces paper products. 
Texans are hitting the polls today for the Republican primary runoff election between incumbent Senator John Cornin and President Trump's pick, state attorney general Ken Paxton. 
The race will be yet another test of Trump's endorsement power. 
The winner will face off against Democrat James Telerico in November.
