I've made thousands of mistakes.

And then you do that every day for 10 years, you know.

>> And that's what I like. I want to create an environment where creative juices are flowing.

We try [music] to do things that have never been done before.

And sometimes, something's never been done before cuz it's hard.

And so, [music] a lot of what we do when people come here is we just reprogram their minds to help them understand that nothing's impossible.
