Security guard rescued from rubble 8 days after Venezuela earthquakes #shorts
a miracle here in Venezuela today.
A security guard was just rescued from that building behind us that had partially collapsed after spending seven nights trapped inside.
Nelson Gil Flores was [music] trapped inside the rubble of that parking lot where he worked as a security guard for over a week.
He was rescued today after a global search and rescue operation by teams from the US, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Mexico, Portugal, and other countries including Venezuela.
He's now being offered medical attention and the hope is that now he will be returning to his family to see them once again.
We have to underscore that this story, this miraculous story, is now increasingly rare now in this devastated community of La Guaira on the Venezuelan coast.
Many people are still missing, tens of thousands according to the UN, and the fear among their loved ones is that they could be dead.
