One southbound land of Interstate 5 about 7 miles south of Woodburn was closed for about an hour and a half, Oregon Department of Transportation officials said.
The fire was reported at 1:05 p.m., according to PulsePoint.

1.
It is unclear what started the fire.
Officials did not immediately respond to requests for more information.
The location of the fire is less than a mile from the Woodburn Fire District’s Station 24, also known as its Waconda station.
