FLINT, Mich. — Residents will have an opportunity to hear directly from candidates seeking to represent Flint's 5th Ward during a candidate forum.
The Mott Park Neighborhood Association will host the forum from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2026, at Calvary United Methodist Church, 2111 Flushing Road.
The event will be moderated by Flint Beat Publisher Jiquanda Johnson and will feature four candidates running for the 5th Ward seat:

Wantwaz Davis
Jeron Dotson
Dewaun Robinson
The forum will allow residents to hear each candidate's positions on issues affecting the ward and compare their priorities ahead of the August 4 primary election.
