A medical director for a major New York City kidney clinic with a history of multimillion-dollar city contracts and ties to the city's public health corporation has accused Israel of being behind the 9/11 terrorist attacks and called MAGA "vermin," among other offensive and often obscene remarks. In postings, nephrologist Dr. Pravin Bhat called a black Republican lawmaker "a coon," said Indian kids were "filthy," referred to multiple female Republican lawmakers as "bitches" and "cunts," and blasted at least one critic as an "aids riddled penis." Bhat, who serves as a medical director of Atlantic Dialysis Management Services, has spent years operating as an X troll under the handle @PravocAuteur. The account was locked down minutes after the Washington Free Beacon emailed Bhat for comment. "The Nephologist [sic] driving around Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx," read a profile description that also bragged about "refer[ing] to MAGA in vermin-like terms." Bhat made no effort to hide his identity, using a photo of himself in a Knicks hat as the profile avatar—an image he has described as the "face of someone who jizzed on your mom." "No we never forget what Israel did," Bhat said in response to an X post featuring the 9/11 terrorist attacks. In October 2025, Bhat called Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu "the jewish polish equivalent of hitler." Just weeks after Hamas's Oct 7, 2023, terrorist attacks, which killed more than 1,200 people, Bhat accused Jews of playing the "victim card." When Rep. Wesley Hunt, a black Republican congressman from Texas, in December 2025 floated a debate between him and far-left Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D., Texas), Bhat responded with a popcorn emoji, adding, " She'll fuck you up Coon." Other Republican politicians have come in for similarly crude epithets, with Bhat frequently going on the attack in defense of New York City mayor Zohran Mamdani (D.), to whom he donated $250 in November, records show. Bhat has also donated $100 to then-House speaker Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.), according to Federal Election Commission records. When Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R., Fla.) criticized Mamdani on X, Bhat responded by saying " shut up bitch ." When Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R., Tenn.) went after the mayor, Bhat called her a " dishonest bitch. " He also called a female Fox News reporter a bitch after she pointed out overflowing garbage piles in midtown. When Rep. Nancy Mace (R., S.C.) criticized Rep. Ilhan Omar (D., Minn.), Bhat called Mace a "cunt." In May 2026, Bhat told Texas congressman Brandon Gill (R.) that his Indian children were " filthy ." Gill is married to Danielle D'Souza, the daughter of Indian-American conservative activist Dinesh D'Souza. Bhat has often used crude language online to attack Jewish men who have posted critically of Mamdani or his inner circle. "You look like a disease-ridden penis. You've got the personality of a disease-ridden penis too," Bhat said in March 2026 to radio host Sid Rosenberg in response to an unflattering post about Mamdani's wife, who has used the N-word . When Sam Antar, a Jewish former business owner and frequent Mamdani critic, attacked the mayor, Bhat called him an " aids riddled penis " in May 2026. When Jewish actor Michael Rapaport said that Mamdani's New York City felt unsafe, Bhat called him " herpes-riddled pussy " in November 2025. Bhat has also often attacked conservative men—such as Buck Sexton and Gunther Eagleman —by accusing them with no verification of being closeted homosexuals. He has been similarly crude and unsparing to President Donald Trump and top officials. Bhat has called Trump a "cunt " and " mushroom cock " and accused him of being a "rapist," among other things. Bhat has worked for Atlantic Dialysis Medical Services since May 2019, according to his LinkedIn . The company is co-owned by his father , Jodumutt Ganesh Bhat, and Nirmal Mattoo, both of whom are also nephrologists. Pravin Bhat is also affiliated with Mattoo & Bhat Medical Associates, P.C., a nephrology practice started by his father and Mattoo. In 2015, Mattoo & Bhat Medical Associates was busted for Medicare fraud and forced to pay a $1.15 million fine, according to a Department of Justice press release . Atlantic Dialysis Management Services is deeply enmeshed in New York City's medical industry. In July 2012, the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation (HHC), which operates the city's public hospitals, announced a nine-year agreement to outsource dialysis services for New Yorkers to Atlantic Dialysis at a cost of up to $83 million, according to a press release. The plan was partially unwound in 2015, in part due to the Medicare fraud scandal that enmeshed Mattoo & Bhat. Before Bhat signed up with his father, he worked for HHC as a physician specialist, per city public records. "NYC Health + Hospitals stands for high-quality care, including for its dialysis patients," a representative for HHC told the Free Beacon . "This company is not a vendor and has no contracts with the City's health care system, and this person is not employed here at NYC Health + Hospitals." While Atlantic Dialysis no longer has an active contract with the city, the company still operates a facility inside Elmhurst Hospital, a city medical center that refers its outpatients to Atlantic for dialysis, the representative told the Free Beacon . "This clinic has been a part of the ADMS family since it opened in 2005," the company boasts on its website. Atlantic Dialysis Medical Services also received up to a million in coronavirus pandemic relief loans , public records show. Bhat and Atlantic Dialysis Medical Services did not respond to requests for comment.
