Item 1 – This is the public hearing to amend zoning maps in the Pratt and Ensley communities as called for in the Pratt Ensley Framework Plan.

Item 2 – This returns the resolution consenting to the city’s Industrial Development Board issuing up to $10,000,000 of its industrial revenue bonds for the purpose of financing the acquisition, construction, improvement, equipping, and installation by Culton Holdings, LLC, of a manufacturing and warehousing facility located at 1811 Woodlands Industrial Dr.
It was held over from last week’s agenda.
Item 66 – This declares the 85th annual Magic City Classic , scheduled for Oct. 31, 2026, as serving “a public purpose that promotes economic development and tourism,” and authorizes the Mayor to expend up to $2 million.
It’s been submitted by the Council President and President Pro Tempore.
Item 81 – This sets a public hearing to consider changes to the city ordinance relating to the floodplain zoning overlay.
