Rapper D4vd has been arrested on charges of murder in the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas.
The star was taken into custody Thursday by the LAPD's robbery-homicide division and is being held without bail, police said.
Cops descended on a Hollywood Hills home where the singer had been staying when he was arrested.
Shortly after he was taken in, officers were seen outside the Hollywood Hills home — as was the singer's criminal attorney Blair Berk.
"Detectives from Los Angeles Police Department, Robbery-Homicide Division have arrested David Burke, a 21-year-old resident of Los Angeles, for the murder of Celeste Rivas.
Burke is being held without bail.
The case will be presented to the District Attorney's office on Monday for filing consideration," an LAPD release said.
Rivas' dismembered body was discovered in the back of a Tesla belonging to D4vd back in September after employees in a tow yard could smell a foul odor coming from the vehicle.
Rivas had previously been reported missing by her family in April.
Shortly after the body was discovered, D4vd canceled his remaining tour dates and went silent as online speculation continued to grow around D4vd's possible relationship with Rivas — including photos that surfaced of the two together before her disappearance.
As the case continued to develop, more horrifying details emerged about the condition in which Rivas' dismembered body was found — including the fact her body parts were dumped in two different cadaver bags within the Tesla.
Cops found Rivas' head and torso in one bag and several body parts in a second bag with insects swarming over the remains, according to documents unsealed in a Texas court.
A grand jury investigation into the case started in February 2026 where D4vd was named as a target.
